Go into the WAD folder and install DIOSMIOS_2.10.wad if you are loading from a USB and install DIOSMIOSLite_2.10 if you are loading from an SD. Set the IOS to use to 236, and set source to SD card. Put your SD back into your Wii and then launch the Homebrew Channel. On your computer, delete all the files on your SD, then download this zip: Extract this onto your SD so that the apps and WAD directories are on the root of your SD. When the installation menu comes up, press install homebrew channel and continue. Open the letter and some text will show up, then disappear quickly. It may be a few days forwards or backwards, or hiding behind other letters. Go into the message section of the home menu and find the red letter. Put the SD into your Wii and remove all Gamecube controllers and memory cards (this is important, as having them in can mess things up).
Unzip the downloaded file onto a clean SD card. Enter the captcha and press cut the red wire. Make sure you typed it in exactly as it is on the Wii. Go to and enter your system menu region (U for NTSC-U, J for NTSC-J, E for PAL, and K for Korean) and your MAC address. You need to know your Wi-Fi- MAC address and you need to be on system menu 4.3. The first step is to install the Homebrew Channel on your Wii. The tutorial for this can be found here: (thanks Beanwolf!) Before even starting this process, you need to have built the 20XX ISO file.
