When I set the laptop monitor zoom to 125% and extended monitors to 100%, the laptop monitor is blurry and the extended monitors are clear. When I set my laptop zoom setting to 100% and the extended monitors to 100%, all monitors are clear, but the text on the laptop screen is too small. The issue is that my laptop monitor zoom recommended setting is 125% and the HP ZR24w monitor recommended zoom setting is 100%.

All my monitors (my built-in laptop monitor, and my two extended HP ZR24w monitors) have to be set to the same zoom in the System -> Display -> Customize Your Display window. The main reason that I have been asking the Intel Graphics Control Panel and my extended monitors is because my screens are blurry. The model of the dock that I am using is: HP ZBook Dock with Thunderbolt 3 - Docking Station - 150 Watt - US P/N: P5Q58AA# ABA It is not possible to connect my monitors directly to my laptop. I will ask my IT department if it is okay to install. I did not feel comfortable continuing with this installation since this is a work computer.

I installed the latest drivers that you recommended for my monitor (the HP ZBook 17 Mobile Workstation, and the HP ZR24w 24. Intel HD Graphics Control Panel does not recognize multiple displays. Without opening the system and looking at the graphics card, is there way to determine exactly what type of video card(s) is (are) installed in this computer? I have already tried Belarc but I am not convinced this provided all the necessary information.The issue is ongoing. I was not in charge of technical support when this computer was purchased so I cannot confirm the ordered configuration. Additionally, does anyone have an idea as to what driver(s) I need to install in order to make this work as advertised? The only corresponding video driver for this operating system (Windows 7 64-bit) under the Lenovo site failed to installed because the required hardware is not installed. Additionally, all three monitors show up under the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel.Īccording to Google, this computer supports three or four displays using the Mosaic Mode3 Multi-Display Technology which is a Nvidia technology. All three monitors show up under the Monitors section of Device Manager. As it stands now, only the monitor connected to the VGA port and one of the 19" monitors work. a 19" LCD monitor is connected to each DVI cable. A standard DVI cable is connected to both of the Display Port to DVI adapters. There is a Display Port to DVI adapter connected to each Display Port. The hardware configuration is as follows: there is a 17" LCD monitor connected to the standard VGA port. There are no question marks or exclamation points under the Device Manager. Currently, I have all the required drivers installed. I need to find the right drivers to set up this configuration. Presumably, this configuration will allow for viewing out of three separate monitors. The M92P comes with two display ports and a VGA port.
